CANCELATION POLICY
Cancellations made more than ninety days before the event date will receive a full refund of the deposit, minus a fixed booking fee of $200.
Cancellations made within ninety days will receive a 50% refund of the deposit, since flowers and other materials are typically ordered and preparation begins during this window. In the case of a declared natural disaster or state of emergency, refund amounts will be handled on a case by case basis with compassion and flexibility.
